Legal Cases

Legal Momentum litigates in courts across the country, particularly the federal courts and often with the assistance of law firms around the nation. The primary focus of our litigation docket is to bring systemic change in our five priority areas and to advance economic and personal security for women and girls. Legal Momentum also files or joins amicus curiae briefs.
