Legal Momentum became the repository for the publications produced by the National Center for Women and Family Law when it closed its doors in 1995. These publications cover various domestic violence issues such as child custody, mandatory arrest, protective orders, and mediation, among others.

Because they have not been updated, they are primarily of historical interest.
