Publications: National Center on Women & Family Law

Please note that the NCWFL closed in 1995. Most of its publications are outdated, but still available for purchase from us.

Legal Momentum became the repository for the publications produced by the National Center for Women and Family Law when it closed its doors in 1995. These publications cover various domestic violence issues such as child custody, mandatory arrest, protective orders, and mediation, among others.

Because they have not been updated, they are primarily of historical interest. Should you like to obtain a list of these publications, or to order a specific publication, please contact Legal Momentum directly at (212) 925-6635 and ask for the Public Education and Outreach Department or send an email to peo@legalmomentum.org
