Jay Waks Elected to CPR Board of Directors

The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) announced that Jay Waks has been elected to its Board of Directors.  Mr. Waks is General Counsel to Legal Momentum, as well as litigation partner of Kaye Scholer LLP, chair of its Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group and immediate past chair of its Employment and Labor Law practice.  He has authored and co-authored several important publications and reports for CPR, and was recognized for “Raising the Bar Through Engagement” in CPR’s 2011 Annual Report.
