NEW YORK - Legal Momentum, the nation's oldest legal defense and education fund dedicated to advancing the rights of women and girls, applauds President Barack Obama's choice of the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor as his nominee to the United States Supreme Court seat vacancy resulting from Justice David Souter's retirement.
