Summary of the Case

Legal Momentum filed a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alleging sex discrimination and retaliation claims on behalf of a female apprentice painter against her employer. Ms. Barometre's claims arise out of her assault by a male co-worker at the Morgan Library renovation project in New York City and her subsequently being fired.
