Legal Momentum’s Workforce Development Program connects unions, contractors, policymakers, grassroots organizations, and tradeswomen to address challenges tradeswomen encounter on the job. Drawing from our docket of cases and our network of tradeswomen, our objective is to grow our national technical assistance program providing support to women and attorneys, advocating for policy solutions, and strengthening the law protecting women in non-traditional jobs.
