NEW YORK, March 5, 2018—Natasha Innocenti, a Partner at Mlegal Group, will be honored with a 2018 Women of Achievement Award by Legal Momentum, the Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund, at its Women of Achievement Awards Dinner on March 21, 2018 in San Francisco. Legal Momentum leads action for the legal rights of women through education and advocacy. The award recognizes women who have achieved distinction in law, business, and public service.

“Natasha’s commitment to advancing women in the legal profession and to providing legal services for those most in need is nothing short of inspiring,” said Carol Robles-Román, Legal Momentum’s President and CEO. “Her volunteer efforts for Legal Momentum have been invaluable. We are proud to honor her, along with five other outstanding women, with our 13th annual Women of Achievement Awards.”

A Partner with Mlegal Group, a global legal recruiting boutique, Innocenti is a national leader in helping women advance their legal careers. She has placed more than 200 law firm partners into AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms, with nearly half of her practice dedicated to representing women partners. She has written and spoken extensively on the gap in compensation between men and women law firm partners. Innocenti co-founded the West chapter of Women in Law Empowerment Forum and served on that board from 2010 to 2016. She serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Fund Development Committee of the board of The Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, a non-profit providing legal services in the areas of health, housing and families. She has also served as an Advisory Board Member to the Hastings Academy for Women since 2010. She has been providing volunteer support to Legal Momentum for several years and renews this commitment in 2018.

“I’m honored that my efforts have been recognized by an organization whose work I so deeply respect and whose mission of protecting and enhancing the legal rights of women and girls has never been more important,” said Innocenti.

The other 2018 Women of Achievement Honorees include general counsels of leading companies, partners at top law and recruiting firms, and a leading lawyer from government. These distinguished women represent a wide range of business knowledge and experience in their industries, and inspire women and girls to seek the highest levels in their careers.
