Rose Marie E. Glazer 

Executive Vice President & General Counsel | AIG 

Rose Marie E. Glazer oversees AIG’s legal, compliance, regulatory and government affairs as well as the Global Security and the Sustainability Office teams. 

Ms. Glazer joined AIG in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel and led the board and corporate governance, securities disclosure, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and administrative services legal teams as well as the Sustainability Office. 

From January 2022 until November 2023, and on an interim basis through May 2024, she served as AIG’s Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity and inclusion as well as AIG’s corporate citizenship endeavors. 

Ms. Glazer’s 30-year career encompasses experience at global companies across a broad array of industries. Before joining AIG, she served in multiple leadership roles in the legal affairs team at Siemens AG, including as Senior Vice President and General Counsel – Americas from 2011 to 2017. Prior to her 14-year career at Siemens, she was Vice President and General Counsel at Telvista and held in-house counsel positions at Allied Riser Communications and American Airlines. She began her legal career as an attorney with the law firm Jones Day in Dallas. 

Ms. Glazer is a member of the board of directors of Corebridge Financial (NYSE: CRBG). She is National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified, and is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and the 2022 class of the Partnership for New York City’s David Rockefeller Fellows. 

Rose Marie earned her law degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. She also has a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Spanish, both summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University.  She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. 


Rashida La Lande 

Executive Vice President & General Counsel | The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

Rashida La Lande is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), where she leads the company’s global Legal organization. In her role, Ms. La Lande acts as a strategic advisor to ELC’s leadership and Board of Directors on global legal issues, and oversees legal strategy, practices, and policies. 

Her responsibilities extend to overseeing ELC's Global Privacy Office and Global Security Team, making her a critical partner in guiding the organization through a wide range of legal matters, including corporate strategies, compliance, risk mitigation, governance, and business transactions. Additionally, she leads the company’s legal review of potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. 

Before joining ELC, Ms. La Lande held several leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Executive Vice President and Global Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer. Earlier in her career, Ms. La Lande was a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she practiced from 2000 to 2018. She began her legal journey at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. 

Ms. La Lande holds a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in New York City. 


Keesha-Lu Mitra

Senior Vice President & General Counsel | State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company

Keesha-Lu Mitra has overall responsibility for State Farm®'s Law Department, including the Corporate Law division which handles litigation, legislative and regulatory affairs, and legal counsel provided to the organization and the Claim Litigation Counsel division which provides insurance defense representation to State Farm policyholders through 38 offices around the nation.

Keesha-Lu is a proud product of the Law Department’s internship program, joining State Farm® in 1989 upon law school graduation. She has served in a variety of roles and sections within the Department ranging from Insurance Operations, Life/Health, and 14 years in Sacramento as state counsel for California. In 2016, Keesha-Lu began leading the Public Policy Resource Group (PPRG), the resident think tank of the Law Department, focusing on the identification, analysis, and development of pragmatic public policy positions on emerging issues of import to the organization and its customers. In 2019, she was asked to lead the state counsel section, and in 2019 was promoted to Vice President – Counsel overseeing legislative and regulatory activity, political law engagement, and public policy development.

Keesha-Lu received a bachelor's degree of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Lincoln University, and a Juris doctorate, dean’s list, from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She earned the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation in May 1997 and the Fellow, Financial Services Institute (FFSI) in 2007. Continuous development is a priority and in that vein she has completed the Legal Leadership Academy sponsored by the Corporate Executive Board, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business High Performance Leadership and Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Leadership. She is also active in multiple industry organizations.

Keesha-Lu and her husband live in Bloomington, Illinois with their three daughters.


 

Anne E. Robinson 

Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer | IBM

Anne E. Robinson is IBM's Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. 

Previously, she was general counsel of Vanguard, and secretary of the Vanguard funds. She was the managing director of the Office of the General Counsel, where she led Global Public Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Investment Stewardship. 

Anne has extensive experience counseling boards of directors and senior executive teams on a range of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters across global markets. She joined Vanguard in 2016 from Citigroup, where she was managing director and general counsel for its global cards and consumer services business. She also served as managing counsel at American Express, holding a wide range of senior legal positions over her 10-year tenure at the organization. Prior to American Express, Anne served as counsel for Deloitte’s venture capital and global outsourcing organization and started her career in private law practice at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, and McCloy. 

She currently serves as an independent, non-executive director of National Grid plc and is a member of their Remuneration and Safety & Sustainability Committees. 

Throughout her career, Anne has remained dedicated to advancing diversity in the legal field, for present and future generations. Her advocacy for underrepresented communities permeates her work as an industry leader. She serves on the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), Children’s Rights, and the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School. In 2023, Anne was honored as a Legend in Law at the prestigious Burton Awards, recognizing her extraordinary contributions and impact within the legal profession. 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
