Challenged President Trump’s Executive Order 13780, which placed limits on travel to the U.S. from Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

The brief argued that, by halting the United States refugee program, Executive Order 13780 is victimizing already victimized women and children, refusing protection to survivors of gender-based violence, and perpetuating violence toward women and children who face great risk of gender-based, sexual, and domestic violence.
