Christina Lema
Managing Director & General CounselVista Equity PartnersChristina Lema joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012. Ms. Lema is Vista’s Deputy Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Lema currently sits on the boards of Greenway Health, Integral Ad Science (NASDAQ: IAS), Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF) and Mindbody. Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Lema worked for a number of years at Kirkland & Ellis in its San Francisco office. While at Kirkland, Ms. Lema focused on leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and minority investments. Ms. Lema is a member of the State Bar of California and was recognized on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: United States in 2019.She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, and a J.D. from Columbia University, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

She serves as an independent corporate board director for NetScout Systems, SoFi Bank (Compensation Committee Chair), and Lazy Dog Restaurants (Audit Chair), specializing in finance, governance, and sustainable growth. Formerly the CFO of Wing (an Alphabet company), Shannon led global finance and operations for its autonomous drone delivery service. She has also held CFO positions at Reputation.com and Inside Source, along with leadership roles at Amgen in the US and Switzerland, and at Cumulus Media. Shannon began her career at Cooley LLP and KPMG LLP. She co-produced "OnBoard," highlighting Black women on boards, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
