Elizabeth Brady

Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing, Customer and Communications Officer/ Allstate Insurance Company 

Elizabeth Brady is executive vice president and chief marketing, customer and communications officer at Allstate. Brady leads marketing for all the corporation's brands as well as direct sales, enterprise innovation, customer experience, communication, and corporate philanthropy. Her creativity and insights help Allstate serve its tens of millions of customers more effectively, delivering personalized solutions, accelerated by data and advanced technology. Before joining Allstate, Brady was senior vice president, global brand management, at Kohler Co. She has also held senior leadership positions at Publicis and BBDO. Throughout her career, Brady has been a leader in customer-led brand experiences and marketing, brand strategies and creative solutions for some of the world's most talked-about brands.

 

Under Elizabeth's leadership, Allstate has expanded into women's sports and has become a leader in supporting female collegiate athletes, providing visibility, recognition and financial investment to women's athletic programs across a variety of sports. Elizabeth also serves as a Trustee of The Allstate Foundation, dedicated to empowering people and communities so they can thrive. The Foundation empowers youth to serve and improve communities, disrupts the cycle and reduces the prevalence of relationship abuse and increases access to thriving-wage careers. Most notably, over the past two decades, The Foundation has invested more than $100M in helping survivors of domestic violence and the organizations that support them. Brady earned her bachelor's in journalism from the University of Kansas and her Master of Business Administration from Maryville University. She is a board member of The Field Museum and Facing History and Ourselves. Brady also serves on the board of the Ad Council.


 Tiffany M. Hall 

General Counsel/ Mastercard 

Tiffany M. Hall is general counsel for Mastercard and a member of the Company’s Management Committee. In this role, Tiffany oversees the company’s global law department. Prior to this role, she served as general counsel for the Americas, providing strategic advice and leadership on all legal, regulatory, government and franchise affairs in North America, Latin America & the Caribbean. At the company, she has had various other legal roles and served as senior vice president and chief of staff to the CEO. Tiffany also supported the prior CEO in his role as chair and first vice chair of the International Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. Prior to joining Mastercard, Tiffany served as acting head of marketing, legal support and counsel at Pernod Ricard USA, one of the largest global wine and spirit companies. Before Tiffany became an attorney, she was a marketing manager at Sotheby’s auction house and worked in marketing and advertising at both Atlantic Records and Ogilvy & Mather.

 

Tiffany serves on the boards of the Monster Beverage Corporation and the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, as well as the NYSE Institute advisory board. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Partnership for New York City. She is founder and owner of Empower Cocktails, a ready-to-pour cocktail brand that sells and promotes the Empower Cosmopolitan Martini. Tiffany was named a Legend in Law in 2025 by the Burton Foundation and was a 2026 honoree for the Corporate Counsel Women of Color Diamond Award. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and Juris Doctor from Fordham University’s School of Law.


 Christina Minnis

Global Head of Credit & Asset Finance and Head of Global Acquisition Finance/ Goldman Sachs

Christina is global head of Credit & Asset Finance and head of Global Acquisition Finance within the Capital Solutions Group. She serves as a member of the Firmwide Capital Committee, Investment Banking Operating Committee, Investment Banking Executive Committee and Investment Banking Risk Committee. Christina joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 as a vice president in the Investment Banking Division, where she focused on leveraged finance deals primarily for the Financial Sponsors Group. She joined the Fixed Income Division in 2001 as part of Capital Markets and focused on industrials followed by healthcare.

 

Christina served as co-head of Leveraged Finance in the Americas and as co-head of the Healthcare Group in the Americas from 2013 to 2014 and as head of Corporate Finance for the Consumer Retail and Healthcare Group from 2014 to 2015. She was named managing director in 2004 and partner in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was with BT Alex Brown from 1987 to 1998, where her last position was managing director in Corporate Finance. Christina is a member of the Yale Development Council and Yale School of Management Advisory Board. She is also a member on the Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and The Child Mind Institute. Christina earned a BA in Economics from Yale University in 1987 and an MM from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 1991.
