Legal Momentum submitted a comment opposing the Department of Justice’s interim final rule, RIN 1105-AB78, which withdraws the Attorney General’s delegation of authority. This final rule can give guns back to people who are prohibited from having them under federal law, including adjudicated domestic abusers. Returning firearms back to domestic abusers places their victims, families, and communities at extreme risk.
