Legal Momentum's letter submitted to the House Committee on Education & the Workforce Subcommittee on Workforce Protections to be included in the record of the Subcommittee's December 4, 2013 hearing on "Examining Recent Actions by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)."
