The Syms Legal Momentum Gender Equality Helpline offers free legal information, referrals and guidance for those subjected to gender-based discrimination. Today we launched the #CallChallengeChange campaign on social media to raise broader awareness of this critical resource that empowers hundreds of individuals each year to understand and assert their legal rights.

The Syms Legal Momentum Gender Equality Helpline assists hundreds of individuals every year, with calls coming in from all 50 states and several territories, by providing legal information, referral and guidance regarding sex discrimination in education, at home, in the workplace, and in our justice system. The range of issues we provide assistance with includes sexual assault, sexual harassment, discrimination in schools and employment discrimination surrounding pregnancy, domestic violence status, and caregiving. The Helpline is open to all who believe they are a victim of gender-based discrimination and have a legal claim. Our Helpline team spends the time to help individuals understand their rights and possible legal claims and provides targeted referrals and information as appropriate. In some cases, Legal Momentum may offer direct representation for a high impact case.
