A State By State Look at Employment Rights for Survivors of Sexual and Domestic Violence

In one week, we will release a new guide providing a state by state breakdown of current workplace protections for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking – a critical resource for survivors, advocates and policymakers within every state.

Join us for a virtual webinar convened by Legal Momentum and Futures Without Violence as we discuss the importance of workplace protections and what we learned putting this guide together, one of the few resources of its kind.

During the webinar, we will open with a survivor's story about how lack of access to state employment protections impacted her life and career. With that context, our speakers will present on the legislative history of these laws, how these laws have changed over the past decade, and the future of these laws in state legislatures.
