Rights Now! Upcoming Events

For the last three months, Legal Momentum’s Rights Now! Peer Educators have been hard at work learning the ins and outs of their legal protections related to sex discrimination and gender-based violence. They are wrapping up their deep dive into Title IX's protections and on-campus violence during which they traced the history of the law, tracked changes in its implementation over the decades, and researched the changes proposed to Title IX regulations as they stand today.  

Now they are ready to share their new expertise with their communities! Our Peer Educators have put all they’ve learned into their own student-centered resources on ways to get support and assert their legal rights when navigating the Title IX process. To kick this off they are hosting three remote Title IX Trivia Night + Info Sessions at the end of this month: Monday, 2/27, Tuesday, 2/28, and Wednesday, 3/1 from 7-8pm.
