Tonit Calaway

Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, BorgWarner Inc.

Tonit Calaway was named Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of BorgWarner in August 2018. In this role she oversees the global legal function, security, facilities, sustainability, environment and aviation. Previously, Ms. Calaway served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, where she managed all aspects of human resources for employees around the globe, including compensation and benefits, talent management, labor, employment, and related management issues

Christine DeBiase

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Brighthouse Financial, Inc. 

Christine DeBiase is executive vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel of Brighthouse Financial. Brighthouse Financial is one of the largest providers of annuities and life insurance in the United States. 

DeBiase is responsible for the compliance, corporate governance, government relations, legal affairs, procurement and third-party risk management, sustainability and tax functions at Brighthouse Financial. DeBiase is a member of the Brighthouse Financial executive leadership team and is an Executive Sponsor of Brighthouse Financial’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

Mary McNiff, Chief compliance officer of Citi, N.A. will accept the award on behalf of Citi

Mary McNiff is Citi’s Chief Compliance Officer responsible for independent compliance risk management across Citi, reporting to Citi's CEO. She assumed this role in June 2020 after a year as CEO of Citibank, N.A., which accounts for approximately 75 percent of Citi's total assets, comprising business activities in 95 countries and territories including the United States. In that role, Mary also led project management of significant Citi-wide remediation initiatives.
