Samantha Luce is the Program Manager for the National Judicial Education Program (NJEP) and an Associate with the Legal Department. In her role, she develops research-driven materials for NJEP, including developing original content for the organization’s Teen Dating Violence curriculum, as well as managing grant administration, coordinating judicial education opportunities, and facilitating program partnerships. She also assists with day-to-day operations in the Legal Department.
Before joining Legal Momentum, Samantha was a legal assistant at Legal Services NYC, where she served as an advocate for low-income homeowners facing foreclosure in Staten Island. She then transitioned into working at LSNYC as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence affected by family, civil, and criminal legal issues. She also provided advocacy in public benefits cases and State Central Registry clearance, among other issue areas. Samantha previously interned with HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in La Paz, Bolivia working on agricultural development.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard College, where she was also an Undergraduate Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs.
