508 Standards

We are committed to maintaining a compliant site for all users. Extensive efforts have been made to adhere to the Federal Section 508 Standards requirements set forth in the Rehabilitation Act that was amended in 1998. These standards were created to help eliminate barriers in information technology, make new opportunities available for people with disabilities and encourage the development of technologies that help achieve these goals. For more information about these standards please visit the Section 508 web site (www.section508.gov) or the Federal Access Board web site (www.access-board.gov).

Accessing Documents and Materials

Documents on Legal Momentum sites are presented in many formats. These formats are generally accessible to users using screen reading software. Some files on this Web site may be posted as Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Many of these documents can be viewed on our website through Scribd, or downloaded directly to your computer. Adobe provides their Acrobat Reader software as a free download.
