Internships and Fellowships
Legal Internship Program
We offer internships to current students enrolled in law school. Legal Interns assist with legal research, prospective client interviews, drafting pleadings, and other aspects of litigation, in addition to supporting the development of public education and policy advocacy materials on a range of women's rights legal issues. Positions are available in our New York City offices. Semester internships are unpaid and students are encouraged to enroll in a course that awards academic credit for the internship. Legal Momentum will work with intern(s) to ensure the internship aligns with the requirements of any such course. Internship applications are accepted for the fall, spring, and summer terms.
